For businesses
Your company's rainforest, growing every month.
Protect a real, mapped area of Queensland's Wet Tropics. Your area grows every month, and any Square in it can be handed to someone who deserves it.

Why it matters
Keep the oldest rainforest standing.
No. 5
Australia's global rank for cutting down forests.
WWF maps 24 deforestation fronts around the world. Eastern Australia is one of them, the only one in a developed country. Protecting forest that is already standing is the most direct way to help.
The Wet Tropics is where that pressure meets the oldest rainforest on earth. Southern Cassowaries live here, and they plant it: dozens of rainforest trees have fruit too big for any other animal to swallow and carry. Every Square your company protects is forest that stays standing.

What's included
What arrives every month.
Your area on the live map
Your company's Squares sit on the public map, each with its own GPS coordinates. Send the link to anyone. They do not need an account to look.
Squares you can hand over
Any Square in your allocation can be transferred to a person outright. Your logo stays on it, and it links back to your company profile.
An update from the forest
One email a month. A photo, your current totals, and the CO2e and water measured across your area.
In practice
What it looks like.
This is REACH's profile on the live map, and the signature banner their team can use. Yours works the same way.
REACH's company area on the live map. The gold Squares are theirs, and each one carries its Squareholder's name. Click to open it.
The email signature banner. In your team's signatures it links back to your company profile.
Recognition
Better than another branded water bottle.
Squares do not only carry a name. You can transfer one outright, to a new starter, to a client who renewed, to the speaker who flew a long way to be at your conference. It becomes theirs.
Your logo stays on it. Anyone looking at that Square sees who protected it first, and can click through to your company profile and the rest of your area.
A Square you hand over in March is still pointing back at you in 2036.
Every teammate carries it further
A "Proud Rainforest Protector" signature banner links back to your company's live profile, in every email your team sends.

Where this happens
Where the Squares actually are.
The Djarawong forest, in Far North Queensland, inside the UNESCO Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. It is the oldest continuously surviving rainforest on earth, and the cassowaries there are doing most of the replanting.
Every Square has GPS coordinates and sits inside a conservation licence running to February 2036. A local partner does the on-ground stewardship.
A named, mapped area on the live public map, a company profile, and a record of every Square protected in your name.
Land ownership, a title deed, development rights, resource extraction rights, financial returns, or any offset or neutrality claim.
Legal control stays with the conservation partner best placed to manage the land. That protects your company, the partner, and the people who live there. We would rather fund stewardship than turn a forest into something to speculate on.
